On this Sunday Funday we will award prizes to the best beards in friendly competition for an important cause! Proceeds of our annual Beard & Mustache Competition benefits Open Arms! This is a fun-filled afternoon for a great cause whether you’re participating or watching.

Beer Release: The Bearded Lager
In celebration of our fourth annual Beard & Mustache Competition we will be releasing a brand new brew on the day of the competition! The Bearded Lager is an American amber lager brewed with orange peel, ginger, fig, black currant and aged on cinnamon sticks. Refreshing, yet perfectly flavored for the holiday season!
About the Competition
Register to compete in one of the following categories:
Mustache
Partial Beard
Full Beard & Mustache (Different beard length categories will be made depending on number of registrants)
Styled Beard & Mustache (this is where you can get crazy and creative!)
Whiskerina (handcrafted beard competition open to anyone 21+!)
Your category will be confirmed when checking in on the day of the event. If you need to change categories, that is ok!
All contestants must check-in at our taproom no later than 1:30 p.m. and be ready for judging to begin at 2 p.m. The emcee will provide instruction from there!
The panel of judges will rate each contestant using a point system. Depending on your category, the judges will score points based on length, personal fit, craftsmanship, creativity, etc. The winner of each category and Grand Campion will receive a trophy handmade by TimberFork Studios, beard products from Mad Cat Beard Care, FBC swag, and all the bragging rights!
