Findlay Brewing Company is looking for hard-working, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen crew in downtown Findlay. If you love a fast-paced environment and want to help us serve up the best gastropub fare to pair with our craft beer, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients according to our recipes: from our signature fried pepperoni chips to our half-pound burgers and flatbreads.

• Line Cooking: Efficiently work various stations (grill, fryers, prep) to ensure high-quality food is delivered to our guests during busy lunch and dinner rushes.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation and taste, ensuring every dish leaving the window meets FBC standards.

• Cleanliness and Safety: Follow all health department regulations. Keep your station sanitized, assist with dishwashing, and ensure the kitchen stays organized.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the front-of-house staff and other kitchen members to ensure a smooth, positive experience for our customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Attitude: A positive, "can-do" mindset and a willingness to learn.

• Efficiency: Ability to stay calm and move fast during a high-volume rush.

• Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
